To make Email messages more personal you can create one or multiple signatures in the Outlook. The signature includes images, text or a logo on your business card and handwritten signatures can be including also.

 Which steps should be followed to set up Signature in Microsoft Outlook?

 Steps:

1.       You have to first open an Email message.                                                                    

2.      Then chooses ‘Signature’, from the ‘Menu’.

3.      Next, click ‘Signatures.’

4.      In the Select signature to edit, choose ‘New’ in a new dialog box.

5.      After this you have to select ‘a default signature’, in email account list then click ‘an email account which you want to link with signature.’

6.      Click ‘OK’ - under Edit signature to save your signature.

7.      Now, to check that your signature is working or not, just open a new email message and the signature should be already in there.

8.     You can type your email Signature in Signature & Stationery dialog box.

9.      In Outlook option, select ‘OK’ to return your email.
