How to Fix Instagram Share to Facebook Not Working

Link Facebook Account

To share users Instagram posts directly from the application to Facebook, it is mandatory to link the two. Unless user links the two accounts correctly, Instagram will not be shared with Facebook.

To do this, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Instagram application on the user’s phone and go to the profile section. Touch the three dots icon in the upper right corner.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap the Linked accounts option. User will find several social networks listed here. Touch on Facebook Grant him the necessary permissions.

Logout Users Facebook & Instagram Applications

To log out from Instagram, follow these steps:

Step 1: In the Instagram app, go to the profile section and tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap Sign out of users account.

Change Facebook Account Password

To change the Facebook password, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Facebook application on the user’s phone and touch the three-bar menu. Scroll down and tap the Account settings option followed by Security and login.

Step 2: Then touch the Change password option and change the user’s password.

Unlink Facebook

Many times, when we reset our Facebook password, Instagram does not log out of the Facebook account. He will behave as if he had the correct password and, thanks to this, his Instagram posts will no longer be shared on Facebook.

Therefore, to solve this, the user must unlink Facebook from Instagram and then link the two accounts again.
