Check the duplexer surrounded with the mechanical parts inside the printer and ensures that they are working perfectly.

Check in case your papers are aligned properly.

Printer Driver is not working

1.       Turn off your printer completely and unplug it from the power source.

2.      Make sure you have saved the documents you are planning to print further. When you drain your queue, all print jobs that haven’t saved will be erased.

3.      Now open Windows Services by finding “Services” in your search toolbar or tapping the Windows button on your keyboard.

4.      While scrolling down your list of Services, you’ll see one called the “Print Spooler.” Right hit on the Print Spooler option and look for the options. “STOP” will halt any stuck print you have selected in the queue.

5.      Once you’ve examined all print jobs using the spooler, use the Windows Explorer browser to search: C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS

6.      Remove all existing files in your queue and shut down your system unit from Windows.

7.      Turn on the HP printer using the power button, then turn on the computer again.

8.     Print your document. If it works, you are all set!

Check your wifi connectivity

Is your printer connected to the internet? Did you check that you have strong internet connectivity? If yes then what is the matter that you are losing the access with the HP office jet printer. You need to configure that the LAN or the Wifi connected is having the internet connection. Check if the server is plugging in perfectly. If anyone of these creates issue then try to troubleshoot it in a different way. Also, check the router connected with correct wires.

Unable to Print from the mobile phone

It happens that when you try to print any document via phone, it usually stops. Why? It’s just because your phone is not updated or else the application from which you need to print is not updated. There can be some more issues like the document contains virus or is corrupted with a junk folder.

Cartridge is not responding

It is commonly found that cartridge is not working. To remove this default double click to ensure you removed protective seals. New cartridges sealed at the ink nozzle to prevent the ink inside them from drying out. For some brands, a piece of tape with a tab will create this seal, for others, it’s a plastic piece. If you try to install a new cartridge into your printer without removing the seal, it may register the cartridge as installed but not allow ink to flow.
