Usually, firewall and antivirus software help protect your computer, thus you have to set these programs to block certain types of Internet connections. Way 1 - Clear all catches & cookies
1. First of all, open Chrome.
2. Then, on the top right, click on the three vertical dots button > More tools > clear browsing data.
3. Next, in the drop-down menu, click to select the time range for the data cache clearing.
4. Later, click on ‘CLEAR DATA.’
Now, you can run Chrome and hopefully the freezing problem has been sorted.
Way 2 - Turn-off Chrome adds –on
Although add-ons are extensions to Chrome that permits you to do more things in your browser, or which improve your user experience such as the AdBlock add-on blocks ads also. Way 4 - Permit Google Chrome via Windows Defender Firewall

1. Firstly, you have to hit the Windows logo key and R at the same time on the keyboard.
2. Thereafter, copy & paste control firewall.cpl into the box then click on ‘OK.’
3. Next, click on ‘Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall.’
4. Now, Click on ‘Change settings’.
